Heather Riloff has represented mortgage lenders and financial institutions in all aspects of loan default servicing and litigation. She has significant experience in representing lenders in foreclosure actions, bankruptcy cases, eviction actions, and title disputes throughout Pennsylvania.
She also handles litigation against claims involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Truth in Lending Act, and other state and federal regulations. Heather received her Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers Law School in 2010.
Prior to law school, she received her B.S. in marketing from New York University. She is currently admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to the Eastern, Middle and Western U.S. District Courts of Pennsylvania.
